Huge store for Palmy with plenty of variety. Really good range of smart home products on display as well which I wasn’t expecting

Had the worst experience there today. No staff to help us at all. Asked several staff members who were walking around for help or if they could get someone to help and they all just walked away. Finally after half an hour a staff member asked us what we needed and we told her, she still didn't know what it was or what parts went with it. Once it was loaded into a roll cage, I was left to push it out to trade by myself. They boys in trade today were not helpful either. We asked if they could load it onto the roof racks of the 4wd as we couldn't reach, almost broke the aerial off it even though I was telling them to stop as it was on top of it. They then just turned and walked away, when asked if they could help tie it down coz we couldn't reach, they basically laughed at us. Got us the smallest step stool and said it's not our job and walked away again. Such a horrible experience, we will never be back.

My daughter and i were at a loss as to which product to buy this morning. I asked one gentleman who worked at Bunnings Palmerston North for his help and advice. We cannot thank you enough for your time and advice. Alister took the stress out of shopping and when we were about to leave we had Alister waiting at the exit door to offer more advice. What amazing service. We will be back Bunnings. Once again many thanks

He was very knowledgeable about the items I wanted, nothing but praise for this lovely guy, I'm a very happy customer. I found everything I came from Wang to buy, a very happy customer
