Myself and 10 other friends booked a 12-seat Toyota Hiace Minibus for a trip to the mountain, Taupo and surrounds. I had an excellent interaction with Anthony who was extremely helpful from the get-go, very efficient, had great communication and helped a lot. was absolutely shocking hired a car trailer with faulty lights they never provided a 24/7 number never signed any agreement or any paper work we do have paperwork that they have signed, trailer had damage to it now they want us to repair and costing us for 3 extra days when the matter was left in there hand to pick trailer up and sort now my vehicle is stuck in another town and I have to make more arrangements and pay more to recover I advise people to look else where with better services we will be seeking legal advice on this matter very disgusting for a retailer
