Absolutely dismal awful retailer. I returned a very shoddy item for refund over 15 Days ago. Ezibuy is ignoring every email I've sent them - just an automated acknowledgement emails. They don't answer their phones - once again just endless annoying 'wait' automated voice messages but no actual person - and most importanty no refund - so I am 71.50 out of pocket and absolutely now way of finding out when I will get it back. If I coud give minus stars I would. Don't buy from Ezibuy unless you can afford to throw your money away. They behave like crooks.

Dodgy company who will ignore all your emails and phone calls when their parcel goes missing. They get your money and then ignore any requests for assistance/refund when things go missing. Been trying to get help and a refund for 17 days and still no response to my many emails and phone calls. They hide behind automated emails which say they'll contact you - but never do that - attempts at phone contact hopeless as they hide behind endless "we are busy at this time" automated messages. Am going to place a complaint with the Commerce Commission but suspect I have lost my money (a lot!) to a company that regularly rips off their customers. Really angry about this - where's the accountability?
