Great aftercare service for my computer. Paddy was the Man. Kayla is excellent in the photo area. Most helpful .
This was the only furniture store we went to where literally nobody approached us to ask if we needed help. I mean we didn't need it but it was certainly noticable after going through like 5 other stores. Furniture is amazing though. The price is higher than other places but the options are far more premium.
Underwhelmed by the young ladies interest in selling us a MacBook. She was more interested in selling us the accessories than what we wanted. We did purchase online without the hassle and much quicker (2 business days in fact) than the 2-4 weeks she suggested it would take to arrive from another store. Super happy with the online service but not so much in-store.
If you require any photography equipment, I highly recommend seeing Barinda in electronics, he is an "Electrical Jedi" unsurpassed knowledge, incredible customer service, phenomenal communication as well as fantastic attitude. I visited other retailers for similar product, but they all fail in comparison to Barinda. I'll be dealing with him from now on, for all my photography equipment, accessories & more. Honestly, he's the "Ip Man" of retail sales
Customer service is a hit and miss. You can have someone really helpful with a smile on their face, or face someone who looks annoyed at you for asking them for help. Good range of products.
Great to get photo's developed here. They provide lovely couches to relax on while you wait.
