Polite and friendly. Fixed our washing machine, with good, fast service. Reasonable pricing.
I have bought and had repaired 2 washing machines, a dryer, and a fridge from Mac's. All were good value for money. The first used washing machine worked for us for 7 years and we are now 5 years into the second machine. He has come out and fixed issues and even does other things to make it better, like adding zip ties to make the lid hold together where it was starting to come apart. He even gave my dog a treat.
Excellent service. Mac's repaired a dishwasher for me. They came out to fix the dishwasher within 24 hours, were able to fix the problem and also offered follow up support. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have brand new carpet and he refused to take his shoes off when he came in my house, he said his shoes were clean which they were not there is now mud on my hallway carpet.
