The manager and staff at Michael Hill in the Plaza were fantastic when my ring needed replacing. It had lost stones, and was unable to be repaired, but they offered to replace it for another ring, at no cost to myself. Good on you for doing the right thing for your customer! I will definitely go there again for jewelry, purely because of the great customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile and put things right.

Hugely disappointed as I was promised a phone call from the Manager that I did not recieve because of a complaint I put in about a staff member costing me hundreds of dollars because they incorrectly sized my Fiancès ring finger. Upon approaching the store about the issue, I was then told MHJ has exclusive ring sizing which was not verbalized at the time, staff member then tried to sell me their ring sizer. Totally confused at their customer service and would not recommend.
