The small airport is not far away from city center. 15 Minutes free parking for pick up and drop off right outside the airport building. One arrival and one departure gate. Air New Zealand is the only one option. Cafe with food and drinks is situated at upstair of the building.

Great, really busy with planes coming and going everywhere...........just joking! Helpful staff, well stocked shop and a great cafe upstairs. Plenty of car parking and reasonable pricing. FlyPalmy!

Palmerston North has a much nicer airport than we expected and surprisingly fresh, clean and modern for the size of the city. It has a really good viewing platform and restaurant up stairs with plenty of seating capacity. The parking is close to the main building so access is easy in bad weather.
