I ordered online, but never received my pizza. I understand there was some sort of issue at the store, but it's been well over a week, and they haven't refunded my money yet. I was a bit annoyed to start with, but their terrible customer service has not helped the situation. Go get better pizza from somewhere more reliable.

Apparently reading simple instructions is too hard for these guys. How they could completely got the wrong pizza base for my order is beyond me. Not to mention the inedible "pizza" that they made. Put way too much cheese, resulting in all the toppings just slide off the pizza. Under cooked the pizza too. Oh, and they give you a bonus strand of hair with your purchases. Bunch of imbeciles!

Pizza Hut on Broadway Palmerston North you guys are the best. Our pizza that we just ate was the best ever. Beautiful toppings, stunningly put together and the base was perfect. Will be back again to visit. Thank you so much

Great service. Pizza base could have been a little more done ! Would have been perfect never a bad waiting time here especially when the boys are on ! Crust fantastic sauce and topping pretty average . Prefer this store over the other ( in palmy ) long as wait times ( think I waited 40 minz at one point for pioneer hwy store . ) Cheers
