Got a voucher for this place, went there years ago when they were on Church St. Not sure what's happened since then but it was well below average and really unprofessional. The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. Far from relaxing and I wouldn't recommend.

I got brow tattooing done here and unfortunately I'm not happy with the result. I thought that the communication about the shape I wanted had been clear but I ended up getting a shape that wasn't what I asked for. It was also very painful and the numbing gel didn't seem to help at all. After my brows healed I contacted the therapist to express my dissatisfaction and she seemed pretty unconcerned. It might be more expensive to go somewhere else for this treatment but I would not recommend getting it done here.

Very disappointing experience. The owner is super aggressive and does not reflect well in appearance on her profession they say they do makeup for weddings but they do not have a purpose built room for the job. Very disappointed

I struggled about whether to leave a review at all but 6 months later I am still angry. I came here for my 40th to treat myself and spent alot of money on a package. The rooms are not purpose built so my beautician kept leaving the room for items she needed. She talked the entire length of my 'relaxing' massage. There was a car parked in the driveway when I arrived and I had to park two blocks away and pay for street parking. When I mentioned it the beautician said the car was hers and they do this to stop people using the carparks. There was alot of fuss about using a bucket of water for my pedicure. Highly unprofessional. Total waste of a celebration birthday package that I can never get back.
