Staff are good and friendly but they have stopped the before and after school care for the school where my child is going and never informed us about it. It was only found out when we tried to book our child for the first week after the school holidays. It was very stressful at this stage to find a new child care provider with only few days left for the school to open. They could have informed us earlier that they have excluded the specific school from their care.
