Horrible customer service! I needed a battery replacement. The attendant said he would arrange the replacement to me & would call me in the next day. It's been already 3 days & nothing. Tried many different spark store & they all the same "Lack of professionalism & arrogance". I regret ever cent I paid while being a spark customer. Just moved to another provider. Customer service 100 times better.
