Jo was so great! I got a same day appointment for an ear wax removal and it was really good. She was gentle and assured me it would not hurt. She explained everything to me, the why and how and what happens afterwards. Her place is very nice too, nice atmosphere! I'll be going back should I need to for sure. Thanks Jo!!

Jo was incredible! I was well overdue for my yearly ear clean due to covid and my ears were both starting to feel blocked. Jo managed to get everything out so efficiently! She is friendly, her space is relaxing, incredibly affordable and a super easy online booking system! Won't use or recommend anyone else from now on.
I was so relieved to find Soundsure had an appointment available over the Christmas break as I had been suffering from a blocked ear for a few days and couldn't get an appointment close to home for a few weeks. They were lovely, gentle and professional and sent me away with some further suggestions for my ear. I wouldn't hesitate to go back
