nice helpful people. Would give them a 4 star if you pick up things in the depot. If they deliver only 2 stars, as they employ more and more very un- experienced drivers (can not really drive a truck in a save way, and in rural delivery they do not have the right equipment to deliver pallets - no tail lift and one driver how in earth can you savely unload goods)

Customer service was unhelpful, lack of communication of delivery time I had to make contact through the company I purchased my product from to find out when my delivery would take place. Although it was coming from Tauranga, 1 hour away it made it 1 week later... The delivery guys were awesome, friendly and helpful just peeved off with bad customer service.
