They never have seizure drugs in stock! To myself and many others (Levetiracetam) is very very important to take to prevent seizures. It has been on multiple occasions even after they said my dose would be in. Very disappointed and concerned. If they are flying out the door, you need to start ordering more. It’s a shame because the staff there I personally find lovely and attentive

Buyers be aware, there's some misleading/dishonest behaviors going on at this place. Bought 2 packs of Probiotics on 04/08/2020, Only found out that evening that one pack's extremely short-dated, with Exp. Date marked as 08-2020. Thinking surely they would swap for a newer batch, I took it back on 06/08/2020 but only got told they were not going to budge, because, apparently, 1. the little sticker on the lid of the pack had been removed. (But it was done before I spotted the short expiry date, and yes I had blindly trusted you hence no checking first!) 2. the product was sold at a discounted price (hey, your store shelves were covered by orange discount stickers so obviously that's one way of yours to pass off short-dated/compromised products, but it's only fair if you let people know when the remaining shelf life is this short then people can decide weather or not they want take advantage of a lower price. In my case, if I had been told, I wouldn't have bought). So guys, you'd better check everything yourself when shop there, because guess what, it's your own fault if you don't, the ladies couldn't care less! Will not go there again. Not recommend to anyone. I'll throw that pack away.

There was an issue with my prescription and the way they handled it was extremely unprofessional. I was talking to the pharmacist about it and a lady behind the desk interrupted by yelling over the pharmacy counter. The issue with my prescription was a mis communication which was the pharmacys fault but they took no responsibility for it. The un friendliness of this pharmacy is consistent so I now drive the extra to Tara Road Pharmacy who are amazing in comparison

Very poor customer service. Lady named Angela, does not know how to treat customers respectfully. I have clearly seen today she's been unequal to non-kiwi customers.

There’s an atmosphere of “I don’t give a toss” in this pharmacy particularly from one with a name tag which reads “retail manager“. I’ve had to hold my tongue from responding out of anger with her on several occasions she is just rude and unpleasant to me. have moved doctors and won’t be visiting again. I do not recommend.

We've had a lot to do with Unichem Papamoa and have nothing but great things to say about them. Super caring towards their customers, exceptional service and advice, when we came out of five days in icu and I looked very tired and was picking up daughters meds, I was given a gift along with the meds. Just an outstanding team I have been very grateful for.

I'm so sorry to place this feedback but I must do it for future customers purposes. For the OWNER, can you please try to choose your staff properly since this is the first farmacy I've been in New Zealand where customer service doesn't smile or at least try to be helpful. Really disappointing from human being perspective as someone who's ill and really need help. Such a shame for such a beautiful facility to provide such l a level of services to all of us. I still think there's hope but it is up to management and ownership to decide. Cheers Denis

I often obtain my medicines from the Unichem Excelsa pharmacy and always find the staff friendly and helpful. They take a personal interest in one and offer expert and friendly advice. I would go nowhere else.
