Photo printing has worlds slowest WiFi and unstable software. Waste of time, have had to abandon more than once with disappointed kids. Not the fault of the staff who try hard.

Have had very good experiences before they moved to The Warehouse within Northlands mall. I did a very simple online photo order (ie, 3 photos!). I arrived after getting a confirmation email to say the photos were ready, so was expecting a very quick ‘pick up’. When I arrived the guy at the counter couldn’t find the order. He said the girl who could help me was ‘on a break’, so I happily said I’d fill in time until she got back. When I arrived back 10 min later, I waited another 15 min to get served. When I finally got served the girl was quite abrupt. A really strange experience to get 3 photos? In future I’ll order and drive further to Northwood.

A lot staff standing around talking in groups, but none to help me with a photo printing issue. Wireless photo transfer information could be clearer, maybe a QR code for required app. Also why do I have to register just to print photos?

I bought a phone which turned out to be faulty and took it back the next day. Dylan dealt with this and went way above and beyond to be helpful. I will shop there any day when they have employees like him.

Dont go here if you run a bussiness. No one will help you. Expect to get fobbed off. They just ignore you or chat in their own groups . Dont expect prompt service or delivery. Or product support. Not up to play with the consumer guarantees act. Will be lodging a complaint.
