hydro slides were quite a rush but felt safe enough for our young boys to enjoy as well.Kids enjoyed the obstacle course and the kids corner. It was busy but there was not a long wait at all to go down the slides which I thought was pretty convenient. Life guards were visible and friendly. Entrance fees are well worth it considering you have full access to the slides both pools and the kids corner. Totally recommend this place to families with children for a fun filled day out.

Awesome pools for the family with a safe environment, good facilities and friendly staff. The main pool is warm around 20 degrees and a warmer indoor pool that sits at 30 degrees with an open roof. The waterslides are fun for all ages and there are plenty of tables and outdoor BBQs areas. A fun day for the whole family.

A fantastic day out at this place with the kids. The slides are the same as they were 20 years ago (but they felt much faster?). When busy they do run out of hydroslide mats though and some people are selfish enough to try hold onto their mat and walk past the queue waiting for one, fine for those who are comfortable calling them out and sorting it (me) but some signage saying return your mat after your turn would help

Decent place. Water temp just right. Was completely empty mid week so was a bliss but does get quite hectic during peak times. Place needs a do up at some stage and maybe some more slides. Only two leaves more wanted.

Great place to take the family. From the slide to the outdoor pool right down to the spa, each were perfect for the whole family. How ever we have a few things we believe could be better. The kids outdoor playground pool is absolutely freezing!!! I could not stand in that water for longer than 30secs and we were there on a scorching hot day. Now despite the hot weather any parents would feel like their child would catch a cold being in that pool. So please consider sorting out a suitable temperature for young children. Secondly the tiles in the main pool. Our teen jumped in the pool but was quick to realise that a missing tile meant sharp sides of other tiles were left exposed causing him to get a huge cut on his leg and left him with a large open cut, that has left a large scar now. Lastly Parakai Springs is in desperate need of a family changing room that include showers and toilets and not have to settle for the sick bay room. Other than that all up our experience was a solid 6/10
