Fast and easy service with a thorough valuation

Rude i felt like it was a burden to look at our house. The person i spoke to said oh the guy who normally does valuations is away so guess i have drawn the short straw. After spending 700 i would like someone who wants to do his job. I cancelled and asked for a refund. I do not recommend.
I WOULD NEVER USE KAPITI VALUATIONS AGAIN. From the rude receptionist to the unreliable person who was suppose to do the valuation. They were given over a weeks notice and said it was no problem to do the job. It was meant to have been done Friday and at the latest Monday. I had to chase it up on the Wednesday which was the last day as we needed to get it for finance clause. The person on phone lied and said they weren't able to get into the property until the Tuesday because of the agent, which was untrue. Not once was there any apology. They didn't have the decency to even call and explain that it was later than promised.
