first time they went to the wrong address even though we selected the right one, then the second time they call us stating “we ran out of three of the items you ordered” so they replaced it with random things on their menu. everything was cold and stale when we got them, never getting it again lol

Good service but found a piece of bone in the middle of chicken popcorn.. lucky i was not 3year old...
Smells like chicken. Tastes like.. dissapointment. Everytime. The chips are never cooked enough, or they are a refried soggy mass. The chicken is hot. But its like its been sitting in a warming drawer for days. Soggy. Oily. Diasapointing. Id literally be happy to wait 20mins while they freshly fried chicken for my order if it came out right.
Been total put off buying KFC anymore especially since my friend's two daughters and their friend got violently ill Saturday night ..the mum immediately rang the Paraparaumu KFC manager and was told. to get proof ..so as a good mum would she not only got a medical certificate with letter she got the remainets of the chicken in KFC Box handing it all to the manager yesterday personally.
Order Number 9319 18th March 17.22 I was greeted at the drive thru from one of the most energetic voices I have ever heard at a drive thru. The order was taken quick and precise and the greeting at the window was just as good. What a super star! The food also matched the service, hot and what you always hope a sneaky afternoon meal from kfc should be. I have noted the order number and time because I feel you should be sure to thank your team from a very happy customer. Thanks.

Service was pretty slow. It was 6.45pm, the night before Waitangi Day and there were about 12 people waiting for food or to be served or to give their orders. Not sure why it took 20mins to get some Kai - wicked wings, smoothies and a burger. Maybe they'd just had a busy period, maybe one of their staff was on their break or hadn't turned up to work for whatever reason..... The toilet I used looked like it needed a clean. There was toilet paper on the wet floor and the floor looked like it could do with a good scrub. Some of the tables needed a wipe with a clean cloth - not one that had wiped six tables already. There are some outside tables to enjoy the last of the evening sun. I would have to be really hungry to get off SH1 for a feed of KFC here in Paraparaumu
Their delivery service is a joke, 2 times our orders have been cancelled. First time because we had put in our order too late but the second time (lastnight) no explanation at all. Then on top of that we have to wait 3 days for a refund. If you're not ready to do home delivery, then shut it down already.
