We had been looking at buying in the Waterways for over a year and been in touch with Katie throughout this time, looking at sections and homes as they came up. She forwarded properties to us as they came on the market, made it possible to view them outside of the open times to fit our schedule, replied promptly to all inquiries and has a wealth of information about the Pauanui area and services available. Although it was frustrating at times when we were not successful in purchasing, we have finally ended up with the perfect place for our family. Worth the wait and would highly recommend Katie and the Team.

We were really impressed with both Alyce and Katie. We had an offer in under a week !! We had the property on the market the year before, with another agency - no offers at all. Alyce and Katie were really passionate about the property and about getting us a sale. The suppprt through the entire sale was excellent. I would list with them again in a heatbeat.
