Emily our pilot wasn’t just a wonderful lady, but also an accomplished pilot. Friendly from the moment we came in to the moment we left. We saw a whale, circled around until it disappeared and also had a fly around a pod of over 100 dusky dolphins. Highly recommended.

Amazing opportunity flying yesterday and being very lucky to see a sperm whale and a pod of dolphins. Mike our pilot was very friendly and very kind to take a souvenir photo of me and hubby. We had the plane all to ourselves as there were no other passengers, hubby enjoyed feeling co-pilot. Exceptional whale watching experience. Absolutely EPIC!!!

We had a great flight, everything went smoothly and, although we weren't lucky to see whales, the ride was fun on its own. And we did get to see a lot of dolphins. Many thanks to the pilot, who made us feel safe and flew us well over the scheduled 30 minutes, hoping we'll spot a whale. We were left satisfied with the wonderful views over Kaikoura.

We had Amazing trip, we got to see the whale and some pods of dolphins. The pilot was very professional, she was very nice. Husband was chuffed to sit up front with her. All in all very good value for money and were so glad we did this instead of the boat as our view was just amazing.

We were lucky to get a private flight for the 2 of us and had the awesome Matt as our pilot. We had perfect flying conditions and had the pleasure of seeing a sperm whale and a huge pod of dolphins as well as epic views of the Kaikoura coastline. Loved every minute of it and highly recommended!!

We had an amazing and awesome experience with them on 13th Feb 2021. Due to being seasick and unable to take the boat, we chose to take the Wings over Whales (WOW) option and we came out so STOKED! Capt.Mike Dwyer was witty, charismatic and very knowledgeable with the pre-information as well as a great pilot who made sure we enjoyed the trip. He went to great effort in trying to spot the Sperm whale and gave us great photo opportunity circling around the "Territorial Adult Male". Then he made sure we enhanced our exuberant moods and showed us a huge pod of playful Dusky Dolphins - 100's of them and seeing them was an additional bonus as well. My whole family was thrilled beyond bits and so excited. The groundstaff were awesome as well and made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Five star is just not enough for such a great memorable experience. Thanks Team "WOW" for making our trip such a memorable one.
