Jess! My review is 2 weeks late but you are amazing at your job! Someone pls give her a payrise. Such a lovely chick that was incredibly helpful and informative. My partner and I purchased a new bird cage for our cockatiel and she dismantled it and helped us (somehow) squeeze it into our car. Made my day :) also made Boi the cockatiel's day!

Bought some dog food and dog snacks from here when I was Dog sitting for a friend. The lady at the desk was friendly and even offered me a product that was on special and cheaper than the one I had chosen which I thought was thoughtful. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. A good experience!

We had a really bad experience with a rude team member who works Sunday's. Unfortunate because there were nice team members but this takes away from their help and my want to spend money there.
