Very good service on this ferry, the coffee is very tasty. They had a good range of food for everyone, the views of the Marlborough sounds is breath taking. Would recommend just getting a coffee and sitting on the viewing deck for the whole trip

Easy effortless loading and disembark with a vehicle. Had a cabin and they’re spacious and clean. Friendly staff all across.
Expect unexpected delays, Arrived 3 hrs early prior to departure, only to realise our 2pm sail was moved to 5:45pm. Then moved to 7pm arrived at Wellington 12:15am Our First sail on a interesting start, delays after delays. We have to call off some bookings non refundable at our end as couldn't make it in time. Friendly staff and great sailing through the stormy rough seas though.
The staff on the 2pm crossing from Picton to Wellington yesterday were so INCREDIBLE!! Crystal was just fantastic at helping me around on account of my broken foot. She checked in on me as often as she could, she gave me a charger cable when I couldn't find my own and made sure I was very comfortable. The boat was very nice, a wee bit bumpier than the interislander but manageable considering the weather wasn't great. I found it strange that the check in time closed SO far in advance to the cars actually boarding - I assume it's a logistical thing. I will definitely be coming on board again - I may even apply for work onboard the experience was so grand. Thank you for your great service!
Amazing service, such friendly staff. Makes the daunting task of getting a vehicle onto a ferry seem easy for first timers. Good food, and rooms available.
Loading tooka while but the trip was good. Food selection is also good.
Good service. Seaworthy boats. Picton waiting area and Wellington have good toilets and petrol stations close by. Pensioners get reduction of fare. Cabins available on boat.
Nice clean ships with good coffees Unfortunately they are often late of regular basis with poor communication about this
