On 0900 sailing. Boarding was orderly, and on time, checked in bag/s quickly, on-board lounge was clean, tidy, and modern with good breakfast selection, even with alot of passengers we didn't have to wait too long. Bar lounge was nice with a string quartet playing, and big screen/s (silent) if you wanted to watch whatever game was on. Smooth crossing, was chilly on the deck but lounges were cozy. Arrival in Picton on time, again an orderly disembark. Very relaxing crossing with great facilities and service.

A Bluebridge lovely lady in the terminal who was dealing with a lot of people wanting to go on standby list today was absolutely wonderful. She had everyone under control especially 3 who tried to get ahead of others who had been waiting longer..we were so grateful to her..wish I knew her name...but thank you
From the ladies in the checkin kiosk to the direction, & courtesy shown by the staff on car deck this was a very good experience & made life so much easier for an older person travelling alone. I had booked into the Plus lounge where the attendants are really great with the attention given to everyone. The food is of very high standard & a good selection. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to travel across Cook Strait in real comfort. Thank you Interislander. Charles Boyle 10/3/2021
Great crossing with calm seas....My first time as an adult and was both amazed and fascinated how many vehicles they carry.....Impressive! We brought tickets for the lounge. We walked in and was greater by a lovely young man and handed a glass of cool orange juice we were then invited to help our self to lunch....there was a great selection of hot and cold food then we had some sweet treats and / or cheese and crackers, and as many tea & coffees as you want. The lounge was fully booked so we missed out on the way over but were able to secure seating for the lounge on our return It was comfortable and the room wasnt noisy It was well worth the bit extra. Thanks Interislander for an awesome trip

Great Ferry, secure and fast. Prices are also good. Ferry will leave just on time. Overall a great experience to travel between the 2 islands
I mean how exciting can a ferry check-in be? But staff are all really friendly so that's nice.
