Bob Pannell is by far the worst person I have had the misfortune to deal with. With a litany of lies half truths he has told both me and Mitzibushi I cannot believe this person owns Sounds Refrigeration as he is happy to take your money and walk away leaving you to sort out the mess .. absolutely disgraceful.
