If you’re after a large green field, miles from anywhere, then here it is! We were disappointed. We didn’t stay. It was peaceful. But no “view of the river” from the vehicle, so you’re driving off the beaten track to park in a big green field. We won’t be back

Awesome camp ground, lots of space, very good swimming hole. Only one toilet. No showers or running water.
Great place to camp! We are all self contained and great spot. A few young partyers left a huge mess which we cleaned up was dippappointing from them.
Great place for the kids to have a little swim
If you are looking for terrific place to go free camping, in a sheltered river valley, you can't beat Bartletts Ford. A modern vault toilet has recently been installed. Best of all it's free.
Very good spot. Alot of grass area for camping along with good river access makes this spot along with Londons ford just up the road an excellent location both for day trips and campers alike. Far enough away from the city bustle.
