I frikin love this place! It has everything i need, Customer service was excellent, staff helped me very quickly when i was looking lost. The lady who served me was very attentive, helpful and insightful. I was looking for a product that they ran out of and they gave me some advice on new products i am currently trying (going good so far). If i could rate 10 stars i would. customer service was by the far the best i have received in retail in a long time. PS. you go in for one thing and leave with multiple other things you didn't know you needed worth it.

This staff is terrible. 3 of us went in 03/02/2020 7.30pm. Instantly the staff members eyes were glued to us making us feel so uncomfortable and we felt like criminals and un-welcomed. We just wanted to browse the new store and buy a couple things. The two staff members at counter kept following us. The workers tried to pull off they were fixing the shelves and stock but were staying within proximity of us to see if we were stealing. Yes, we were all brown and there was several other customers in store at the time who were browsing freely and were white. Go figure. I confronted the staff members and they all denied it. So not only did they have audacity and racist motives to follow us, they also are liars. They couldn’t even admit it. WORST PLACE. Never going back.

Always ready to help and ive spent ridiculous money here because everything is AFFORDABLE the service e is phenomenal The pharmacist she is fantastic ready to help you get the right stuff. Huge place however will not be returning to that store after the way we were treated. Firstly I felt that me and my sister and my nieces we unduly scrutinized by the security guard with him seeming to be pacing near us excessively and when we went to leave the alarm went off so we stopped the guard then proceeded to try and block our way from leaving the shop. The shop assistant came over and snatched a product out of my niece hand only to be told that her sister had purchased it. All the guard said was next time show your receipt. The assistant didn't GIVE US A RECEIPT. Next time learn some customer service hang on there won't be a next time for me and yes my name is KAREN. Hey just like Antonio V we are also brown I think they call this racially profiling shame they haven't realised that a large portion of the citizens in this city and therefore their customer base are brown and yes my name is still Karen
