We were looked after on the phone and in the store by Hana. Excellent customer service. Even though she was relatively new to the store, she was very helpful, super friendly and willing to get the best deal she could for us. She is a credit to the store.

After having thr worst experience at the Kapiti branch I thought I would try Godfreys Porirua. I received great customer service the sales man was more than willing to go through prices with my trade in and sell me a vacumme that I am very happy with He also said I can bring it in to be cleaned I apologize I have forgotten the sale means name but I came in on 30th may 2019 at 12.30pm Would definitely reccomend

Really good customer service here - we dealt with Vijay who was great. Very informative, not pushy, and we walked away with a great deal on a vacuum cleaner that we're really happy with. Would recommend popping in to have a chat.
