A good pleasent experience at the Kia dealership on Saturday. The salesman left us to test drive a new Rio without being pushy, and was very informative.

Purchased a Holden Cruze off them almost a year ago. Before purchase I requested checks to be done and they insisted on doing it with VTNZ (should of stuck to my initial thoughts and got AA to do it) their report came back saying everything was fine. Furthermore, the car was booked in for service 3 to 4 months down the track, I took it back to them and they came back with a report advising engine basically needs to replaced and there is various internal issues. So buyers beware never judge a book by its cover. This place is all about securing a sale. In addition, I have not received spare key which their sales/finance lady promised she look for along with them promising to add Bluetooth to the car as it was falsely advertised. Last but not least they advised that the little superficial dents would be covered up before receiving the car that did not happen. So now this car that I was thought would get me to work and back is sitting at home gathering dust as I do not feel it is road worthy. Bad experience.

Great sales guy... But minimal after sales support. Said hand break had way too much travel during test drive... Was assured it would be sorted before delivery. No it has not been. Also a simple check to see if second car remote/key was working was not done. Told us to replace the battery ourselves as they had no compatible batteries in stock, not good enough... It's the simple things that seperate good from great.
