Had arm surgery on my arm on the 24th of March. From surgery to discharge the staff where fantastic, very supportive. I've always found Kenepuru a lot better than Wellington hospital.

id give it minus 5 stars, do not waste your time coming here. unless you like waiting 4hours plus for rude nurses, receptionists and doctors.

The receptionist with the blonde/white bob cut is not a nice person to deal with! Very sarcastic and “smirky.” You’re a receptionist. Get off your high horse.

Presented at emergency dept with obviously broken arm - the bone was poking out of my forearm skin, which I showed front desk staff. Told to take a seat I waited 3.5hours only to be told theres no xray here you'll have to go (35km) to Wellington hospital. Staff could of told me that on arrival!

I advise going to wellington hospital instead whenever possible. Every time I end up here or even just call them it's a waste of time, patience and nothing good comes from it, except it makes me appreciate wellington hospital. My health support worker and I just joke about their incompetence and lack of people-skills now because they are so consistantly useless that it has reached the point of being comical
