Saw a house inspection report made by them, and I did like it. I contacted them a couple of times for potential inspections and they have always said over the phone that they require two working days to perform an inspection (their site even says just 24hs!!!). 4/5 days later, I placed an offer on a house which was accepted, with building inspection three working days as a condition. And contacted them to arrange an inspection and they were fully booked for 2 weeks and didn't want to help, even though they committed to a timeframe they couldn't meet. Their site is also buggy. Just saw a report on a 90's molithic cladding that this company has done. Has not mentioned anywhere that the chances of this house leaking are high. Under cladding it says "good condition". Be honest with your reports. I know the home owner is paying for the report but there are buyings that take the information on board and they should know about the risks. Shame on you Gary Koornneef.
