Rip off! When we stopped I saw the meter showing 13, he added 1 and then when I checked my account I was charged 16! These guys these guys decide what they want to charge you. I’ll be happy when taxis are out of business altogether

Regularly used. A bit of a delay at times but u get home.
We booked the mobility taxi around mid-November for my father in law to attend a family lunch on boxing day. No van turned up and when I inquired, I was told the van is in Paraparam and the fleet manager cancelled our booking! No one told us anything and a poor old man was stranded at his rest home unable to join his family for Xmas! I contacted the Fleet Manager/General Manager Raj as I had his number from previous bookings and he had the nerve to tell me that he sent the van somewhere else because we use Miss Daisy taxis regularly! No apologies, no alternatives, no regret, nothing! No regard to my booking either! Pretty much like a dictator and saying "sue me if you want"! What an arrogant, heartless individual who would do such a thing for a poor old man! I will take this matter to every possible place. He will do this to someone else tomorrow and he just can't get away with actions like these!

I have used this service frequently in the past with no problems at all but after requesting a taxi last night all that changed. I'd called from the train to book a taxi for my arrival at the station. There was no taxi there when l arrived and when I called was told it was 3.5 km away. A few minutes later, still no taxi, so I called again and this time was told that the taxi had been and gone 8 minutes ago, in spite of myself having never been contacted that my taxi had arrived! The operator could not tell me when another could come. A lone woman left stranded at an empty bus stop on a cold dark night at nearly 1am with no choice but to walk home for more than half an hour under dark tunnels and lonely streets. The service has gone from pretty reliable to absolutely appalling Will be looking to catch an Uber next time
Porirua taxis could improve by answering thier phones in a timely manner, actually arriving at the destination when they txt that they are outside and acknowledging that thier customers views and needs
Arrived on time Did Not help with pushchair while grand daughter struggled With her baby ...Complained because i used a disability card (which i'm entitled to use.)Then sulked because i used my eftpos card to pay the fare Threw the Eftpos card on the seat then at me We didn't pay and he stormed off!!What sort of service is that?
Terrible service. Waited one and a half hours at railway station then walked home.
