Driving thru town we saw the sign to Tatahi Bay, and found a beautiful quiet bay. Great views from the lookout up the hill. Need to be careful taking photographs from the hilltop as no safety rails.

Stunning view
This is a very nice spot to relax and take pictures from a high vantage point. Please be considerate as it is a residential area. I was hesitant to share this hidden gem with everyone. Hopefully the nice people living in this nice peaceful spot wouldn't hate me for sharing this beauty. There is a walkway on a steep hill at the end of the road. Please be extra careful as it is a big steep down fall. This location is too good to be kept a secret ;)
Exploring the caves below were awesome! Lots of rock pools to investigate at low tide. Hiking is of a moderate difficulty. An absolute gem in Porirua.
Not for the faint hearted but great views.
