In planning to buy new lounge suit I mucked around going this way and that as I tried to make up my mind. The sales people were consistently friendly and accommodating. Our old suite when I came to sell it Smith City gave me a print out showing when we bought it and what we paid for it. This helped in selling on Trade Me.

I was searching for a bargain and compare to other stores they had what I wanted and was able to buy online, as they did not have the product in store I was able to pickup or have it delivered. Only having to wait for less than 3 days not the 5 - 7 days. Seen by a staff member once the product has arrived for pickup. Worth visiting again.
Very helpful staff until the sale is done. Needed t take 3 days leave because the delivery was promised but never arrived. Called several times only to be said that the delivery is on the way. Finally after countless promises it arrived. I never buy there again!
My family and I have been getting furniture and appliances from smiths city for years. The products are always good and last a very long time. The staff are always friendly and wiling to help. If something arrived to your house and it has been damaged, they are so understanding and try to fix the mistake for you as soon as possible. Would 10/10 recommend. Also being able to HP really helps a lot of people out.
Friendly store offering bargains without the pushy sales technique. They have nearby competition but you will find that they will match prices while giving you top service. Highly recommended.
Ordered a new TV a week ago and still no tv and got no emails, wouldn't pick up calls and no communication at all. SCAM
