Called Paul to purchase a new belt for my Kirby Vacuum cleaner. Two days later it arrived by courier. Then I couldn't remember how to attach it correctly. Called Paul again and he very promptly sent me a very easy to follow video on fitting the belt. Amazing service.10 out of 10. Thank you Paul

I recently purchased a back pack battery vacuum from South Pacific Vacuums and can't rate the company and personnel highly enough. I needed a vacuum that I could easily use given that I have disabilities. The Manager Paul Crosbie quickly ascertained what model would suit and supplied a vacuum that has meant I can now be more involved in the running of our household. I am stoked and recommend this company to everyone.
