After being a loyal customer for years I was charged early termination fee when I switched, because I increased my data limit on my account page 11 months earlier. This was not clear on their website. Be aware when you change an online setting.

They may as well shut the place down, never interested in helping, constantly make you feel like your an inconvenience for being in the store. No surprises to be fair considering spark has a reputation for some of the countries most poor customer service. I was a customer for 15 years, I only recently left the network after moving back to prepay after 5 years. They couldn’t offer anything that worked for me for a fair price in comparison to the plans. No interest in even attempting to keep me as a customer.
