Do not deal with this company unless you absolutely have to. The door itself is of reasonable quality and the installers (subcontractors) were great and excellent to deal with. But this company has a serious issue with lack of responsibility taken and miscommunication. We tried to raise issues about the install of our door for weeks and were brushed off and given the run around for so many weeks that my patience has totally worn thin. In the end they just denied all responsibility and washed their hands of our problems. Pathetic. Do not recommend these guys.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Have good selection of product on display so you can get an idea of the windows and types of glazing/glass, doors and fittings.
Called about a month ago for a single window quote. Was told a quote would come in 2-3 weeks and delivery would be 3 months. Their rep went out to measure and never received a quote after 4 weeks. Called today for an update and was told that they are only interested in house lots as they couldn't deliver until middle of 2019. No communication received whatsoever.
Used them a few years ago for a property and looking to engage them again for another.
Awesome after sale service. They were able to find the colour of our aluminium windows 20 years later!!
Excellent service and highest quality product for our new house build. After dealing with so many suppliers, WWDs has to be at the top of our list - also very good value for money.
