Great service and excellent communication. I was kept informed the whole way through. When small issues were found, Ross would be on the phone, explaining the issue and costs before doing the work. Ross is a wealth of knowledge and offered some great advice too.

Strange to see these recent reviews as my experience has been great. I had one of the first Etec Evinrude motors after helpful discussion and research with Ross (at no extra cost) and now many years later have upgraded to latest Etec which Ross continues to service. Handy place to drop off boat and pick up at end of day. Always fits my boat in on short notice and willing to tackle new ideas.
I would not recommend this place at all. Boat came back worse than when it went in for service. Owner was not interested. Believed he had done nothing wrong and become very vverbale abuse. Shocking service
Rubbish service, Ross did not take responsibility for repairs he does on outboards.
Not committed to seeing a repair through.
