Nice and small. Just the thing for last minute jobs around the house. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pretty shocking customer service over the phone. We know it's a small store but you'll keep yourselves small if you don't know how to speak to people properly. A number of times I've gone to the Bunnings in Pukekohe, staff act as if they have much better things to do, apparently "very busy" then they go and stand behind the counter on their phone. Quite sad, seeing as other Bunnings stores are very helpful.

Every time I go here I am dissapointed. It is a very small store but I go because I am brand loyal and often need to head up to Takanini. Whether it is the small selection of screws, lack of service or poor wood yard attendance. This place needs an upgrade. It is still better than mitre 10 though...
Not sure if it's a policy but they wouldn't order in a product on flyer they sent us.
