As always I ordered my low carb vege burger with jalapeno popers at Carl's. Every single bite of my meal was so crispy-fresh and delicious. I had a very friendly service,attentive staff and good experience.

Was the only car in the drive through and restaurant seemed quiet inside but service was really slow. Food was cold by the time we ate, it was really bland had no flavour at all. So disappointed, this place was quite good when it opened

Not happy. Have tried to go twice in the past 2 weeks and both times the employee serve me, charged me more than what the menu had displayed. She gave me attitude and told us to hurry up although we had already been waiting a bit of time for them to serve us. Never going back.
This place was doing really well. Until the service started going down hill. And waiting in the drive through seemed to take a long time. I waited in the drive through one day for over 30mins and there was only two cars in front of us. One car had been given the wrong order. And the other only ordered a small pack. So I dont know why now its plummeted. The last three times my burger patty has been burnt.
Good food but the service is terrible and you are almost guaranteed that they will get at least one part of your order wrong every time you visit. Edit 2021: still highly incompetent but have progressed to being downright rude in their customer facing positions. Recommend avoiding the pukekohe branch of what is otherwise a pleasant chain.
