Pukekohe staff are helpful and friendly. I contacted their head office about them ripping off Aucklanders - and their managers can't be bothered, so continue to have wrong prices listed on website. You check the website, hire a trailer and load up with rubbish only to be charged a higher rate than advertised? False and misleading pricing that management are inept in changing - causing confusion.

We live rurally, Pukekohe is the only feasible location for us but won't take recycling. Our only option is to either pay for it, dump it illegally or take it to Hamilton 2 hours away. Unacceptable in this day and age!!!

Worrisome customer service. Don't reliably respond the phone, emails or voicemails. No online capability. Took over a month to move services as a result. Please invest!

They wouldn't help me at 4:16 saying that they are closed but the sign says closes at 16:30 monday to Friday

What an absolute rip off. It incentivises dumping, then the Council pays Envirowaste thousands to pick it up. Maybe it's that way by design.
