Went in a couple of days back and got served by Raja who recommended a Stick vacuum that would make my job easier. Just had it fully charged and WOW! its amazing, its very light. I was so confused with all the brands on market but Raja showed me which one is the best value and would suit my purposes. German engineered technology- have a look at their range, certainly a place to go

ripping off.Second hand used items been sold as new.Missing parts onnew items and wanting to replace with extra cost.Very good service when you buy product but zero service after.Please try to avoid this shop in pukekohe

Absolutely disgusting people, don’t care about their customers at all. Went in to get help with a purchase and got told that we can either pay for getting it fixed (it’s still under warranty) and cannot receive a refund. The problem from the beginning was that Raja didn’t explain all the details of the product to begin with, which I may add is false advertising/improper communication and this can be taken up with a consumer lawyer. Never in my life or anyone’s I know life have we had to unclog a vacuum hose every 10 mins what a joke.

Great service, my machine was having issues and could not take to them as I cannot drive, they sent a person to pick the machine, repair and then dropped it off as well. Gave me a loan vac as well to use in the meantime. Very professional
