*** Acer laptop cracked/damaged screen repair*** The communication in regards to time it would take and involved were excellent, unfortunately the screen was not put in with strong enough adhesive so the screen started to fall out, message sent, dropped laptop and were very apologetic and eager to remedy the problem. collected laptop and sadly due to issues with the screen being a touch screen and there being an issue with lost screw and damaged hinge (my damage) the screen would randomly do odd things, laptop returned to them and problem fixed in under 24 hrs. So although not 100% happy with my needing 2 return fix up visits, I cant fault them for doing everything to remedy the problem. I hope this still qualifies me in your "Review competition" :) and I do hope you ordered some extra of the stronger adhesive. :)
