I was Extremely disappointed in the customer service and I most definitely won’t be coming here again! I am never one to write a bad review and I always like to support local business. If you are developing film I would recommend going to new market where it’s half the price. I had to pay around 30 to have my film developed, I was never informed that there would be any additional cost when picking up my film. When I went to collect it I was charged an extra 17. I would be fine with paying extra if i was told before getting it developed. I then called to complain and suggest they should inform there customers that they might be charged extra. They then argued with me and told me they always inform there customers about this. My advice when shopping here is to ask if they are going to charge you more as I was not aware or told.
