How terrifying! I pray for the poor souls housed in this place!
I moved my mother here 6 mths ago when she could no longer care for herself based on promised services. Since then those services have reduced or are non existent. Appear more focused on cost cutting than supporting/servicing their residents.
They care for my old Mum, and do a good job. She is happy there.
Everytime I've visited, the room has been warm and clean.

A former worker polluted my good friends last days. I was stopped from seeing him and not even notified of his death. I had cared for and helped him for 5 years. What ever this person said about me has never been repeated and I was given a chance to respond. I got more care for my friend and was pushed away by that help. The palms hospital manager told me that she had their full support.
Since changing owners it has lost its personal touch with the residents of the village and Resthome thinking maybe more of themselves in the officers than even the Staff that work for them.
