Hi..I would like to pass on positive feedback about one of the Pukekohe store employee Sarvjeet. Whenever I go to the store most of the times I find him there and he always greet me with great smile and enquire if I am looking for something particular. heaps of times he has gone out of the way for the items I was looking for. Recent one was when I was in store to buy the Tahiti outdoor table on 17th March 21 and I did not have the trolley to carry the table to the counter and the moment he realized that I am bit lost he came and offered help as he was working nearby and not only brought the trolley from outside but afterwards did help me to put that into my car. He really made my shopping experience excellent. Employee like him is an asset to the company which are always ready to help customers. Please pass my feedback to him and congratulate him for his kind gesture and offering help to those in need. Cheers...
Shocking store very poor service would not answer there phone after 25 minutes of trying to call in then when I did I was hung up on they would not answer the phone so will go to Kmart

The store is great. Let down is the pet section is hardly cared for, especially for cat / dog owners. Online shopping is also sometimes false advertising if its in stock and not on the shelf. There's products that is needed that hasn't been stocked up on the shelf, that can't be found. Also the kitty litter shouldn't be highly priced. Was there any reason why the price for the kitty litter has gone up 2.50 since February just been?
Nice workers we needed help finding something and they didn't have it but they emailed us straight away when it was back in stock come here all the time kid friendly and when you walk around it kills time.
