Great place. Went in completely unsure and got a tonne of great help. Walked out with a printout of exactly what I needed and a return date to purchase it. Absolutely worth the drive from Auckland.

Excellent & prompt service
Absolutely useless. They measured and quoted 70 per piece. They miss-measured and took extra time to sort the issue. The way they fixed the problem was to slot the bolt holes, which means less material and therefore less strength. The pieces they finished require me to finish to be correct. I did buy 4 bolts with washers over the quote, however they tried to charge me 140 per piece. Remember that I still need to do work on these to finish them. I told them I would not pay any more then 100 per piece. They also refused to supply a tax invoice which is a legal requirement. You decide if this is worth the risk of using this company.
