Sheryls way of mixing hypnotherapy along with her counciling is second to none. She is very professional and has a way of connecting and putting you at ease making the process alot less stressful and easier to gain the full benefits for whatever you may be trying to achieve. I would 100% reccomend to anybody looking to better themselves, or anybody looking for something alternative to just one on one counciling as Sheryls methods truly work.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Sheryl, helping me towards my goal of a calm gentle birth. We practiced a range of hypnosis techniques which I found very helpful during the birthing process and the weeks leading up to birth. I strongly believe that the techniques we practiced helped me stay calm and focused and ultimately achieve the birth that I wanted!! I couldn’t thank or recommend Sheryl enough!!

Having sleeping issues for many years, hypnosis was the last treatment I had not tried. Cheryl understood this and knew the tools and correct type of hypnosis that I needed.
