I walked in here and bought an article of clothing and it was the one time I found a reasonably priced item of clothing there today . The styles of clothing are nice but the service is definitely a thumbs down from me. Fairly cold, no smiles and when you walk in there it is the one shop where the (male) attendant walked in the opposite direction. and hid near some racks of clothing. Female attendant doing the sale could also have done with a kiwi service course. Try smiling and being a little friendlier perhaps?? This might explain why the shop is empty most times I pass it. Also how acceptable is it for a manager to rate his own shop? First comment in the flow of comments? I am not inclined to walk in there again ...

The manager (Vaibhav) and staff are all lovely. Brilliant service. Vaibhav is very helpful and knows his fashion. He's honest and always helpful. He will go the extra mile to help his customers.

The service was quite rushed and felt like we've been treated so differently from other "well clothed business-type costumers". It feels as if you need to be dressed superior to be able to get a nice service. It felt like we've been looked down as if we cant afford to buy their clothings, which we did purchase a full priced and affordable suit. It is not like we were wearing sandals and pajamas or walked in bear-foot with holes on our shirt. It felt like we didnt even have much time to think and wanted us to go out of their store immediately. I hope that they improve their services without the unfair judgement of each individual costumers.
