Absolutely loved our night here! Service was incredible & we were lucky enough to eat in the restaurant. Outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Loved that the hotel was right on the beachfront. Went to sleep with the sound of waves gently rolling onto the beach. Lots of lovely pebbles to examine looking for treasure. Brought home a small memento. Very friendly helpful staff. Food very tasty.

Very disappointing. Open the fridge and the bottom was mouldy. Cleaning of the rooms was not good. Friends stayed where next door which not much better. Great place but let down with poor staff and food was expensive. Shame on Williams hotels that they don't have a better standards.

Stunning hotel with a fantastic restaurant! Beautiful views from the beachfront rooms. What truly set this resort apart from others was the stunning service. Kudos! Highly recommended.

Sid was a king of all trades! Great service. The chef made better ragu than the italians. Great spot, beautiful sunset. Would stay again.

Great location, right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable room. Perfect for a family weekend away. Walking distance to Pancake Rocks. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Well presented and clean rooms, comfortable bed and a nice shower. Toilet didn't flush properly though. Most rooms offer lovely views on the beach, resulting in some magnificent west coast sunsets. The Pancake Rocks are within walking distance, just a short trek up the hill, but there is no footpath available. We had dinner in their restaurant as well - the main dishes were delicious! Great flavours, well seasoned and well presented. A little pricey but that comes with remote locations. The kitchen team really need to revisit their "Cheese Board" though - half a wheel of brie, half an apple, a piece of honeycomb and 5 different crackers... swap out two thirds of the brie for 2 other cheeses, add in some fresh grapes, dried fruit, a chutney... the staff described it as coming with nuts but apparently those never made it to the plate! A real let down to what was otherwise a wonderful meal. A word of warning to travellers - beware the sandflies! Bring an insect repellant close the windows around sunrise and sunset to avoid the worst of them. In summary - a lovely stay, but be prepared to pay more and get a bit less than you might in less remote locations.
