Have had several fantastic experiences with using Chem-Dry Gold Valley. Easy to book with, with friendly phone and email communication. Received a confirmation call a few days before the appointment. The technician turned up on time and got straight to work. Worked out the actual price to clean the carpets and couch and got me to confirm before starting the process. Fantastic job! Carpet smelling fresh and clean as with the couch - it looks brand new. Highly recommend using this company for all your carpet and upholstery needs.

I was very happy with the communication and service from Chem Dry. The technician was on time and very efficient and gave a quote on the spot and got started straight away. We work from home and he was very accommodating to this. My cleaner was very impressed with how the carpets came up and said they look like new carpets. We would highly recommend Chem Dry
